Monday, July 14 - medicaid denied, got a different concentrator, disc golf and hang with GB.

Tuesday, July 15 - took Moose on a nice long walk and we saw the turtle below. He was very interested in the reptile. G returned from camp today and H returned from Martha's Vineyard. We took a walk around 9:30pm. Not sure if this link will work, but I took a video to capture the summer nature sounds.
Wednesday, July 16 - started with a mtb ride at Pleasant Grove. Did a couple errands and watched an episode of Greed and Gold: The Hunt for Fenn's Treasure (ry2025 netflix).
Also learned that the new United States suicide crisis hotline 988 is eliminating specialty services for LGBTQ youth. The most vulnerable are being attacked in our current environment. The suicide prevention services stopped this week. I'm sad about this isolated exclusion of services for 988. The LGBTQ population needs this service as much or more than any population group.
Thursday, July 17 - the boys went to Virginia Tech University today for a campus visit then drove to Tellico Village, Loudon, Tennessee to Pops and Mimi's house for Camp Lagoon. Unfortunately, O's plane from Denver, Colorado was cancelled. I also dropped by Integral Yoga Natural Foods for the first time in a long time.
Friday, July 18 - went to Richmond to work on MH's rental house. We ended up going to see J Roddy Walston at Fridays after Five in Charlottesville then went back to MH's house for some disc golf HORSE with BB and RL. J Roddy and the band killed it! O made it to Tennessee today.
Saturday, July 19 - H and I played tennis in the afternoon and went to dinner at Kanak Indian Kitchen in Charlottesville. Great day!
Sunday, July 20 - St. Paul's in the morning, some healthcare planning in the afternoon, then H and I teamed up and did some evening yard work. I went for a swim in the lake when we were done. Another great day! I love hanging out with H.
Monday, July 21 - I continued on our yard work in the morning, helped MH in Richmond again, then we went to Richmond Music Hall to see Powers Rolin Duo and Rose City Band. Best local concert of the summer, hands down.

Tuesday, July 22 - I finished up the yard project (before & after pics below don't really do it justice) and did some other things around the house. Super excited to leave tomorrow for my Kentucky, Georgia, Tennessee trip!
